Objectives
Reduction and elimination of drug and alcohol use among clients, increase school attendance, reduce involvement in juvenile justice system, achievement of a stable living situation, and increase participation in cultural community.

Evaluation Design
The multistage evaluation program will attempt to relate individual, environmental, and intervention characteristics to clinical outcomes. Data will be gathered on admission and at 3, 6, and 12 months post-treatment.
