Abstract
| This program will integrate homeless and substance abuse services by placing trained substance abuse counselors in each of three homeless shelters. The counselors will provide assessment, referral, pretreatment, case management, and structured treatment. The target population includes 6% Native Americans from different tribes living in the urban area. |
