Abstract
| The Golden Heart Program is designed to produce local systems changes to improve prevention, intervention, and treatment services with regard to the needs of the chronic inebriate population. The project is to improve intervention and outreach efforts downtown as well as correct for grossly inadequate access to detoxification services. |
