Abstract
| The application proposes to develop a Substance Abuse Strategic Plan to compliment the Tribe’s Strategic Plan and structured to be consistent with the domains identified within the National Treatment Plan Initiative. Planning information will be developed from the tribal communities including Elders, Traditional community, youth, men, women, recovery community. The plan will be developed using the Talking Circle and Community Readiness Model Survey. |
