Abstract
| This project expanded existing residential AOD Services to Assiniboine and Sioux adolescents by creating a continuum of care circle that incorporated outpatient treatment and family and community involvement. |
Objectives
The goals of the program were to increase family and cross-generation involvement in substance abuse treatment, to increase the quality of services in the context of a coordinated continuum of residential and outpatient care and to increase community involvement and support.

Key Components
The project provided culturally based and gender appropriate outpatient treatment in coordination with existing residential treatment. Relapse prevention and criminal thinking recovery were provided.
Evaluation Design
Evaluation focused on the expected positive relationship between service utilization and symptom relief. Utilization review of case records is the principal source of evaluation data as well as collection of CSAT GPRA data on clients.
